Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a confidential, one-on-one process designed to help you set goals, or understand and change the patterns shaping your emotional life, relationships, and daily functioning.

This work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and a holistic mind–body lens to address both present-day symptoms and their deeper roots. Sessions are tailored to your goals, whether you’re navigating anxiety, high-functioning stress, trauma, burnout, or persistent relationship patterns.

Clients often seek individual therapy when outward success is paired with internal strain—overthinking, emotional exhaustion, difficulty slowing down, or a sense of being disconnected from themselves.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is especially effective for individuals working on anxiety, relationship patterns, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and interpersonal dynamics. It can deepen self-awareness in ways individual therapy alone cannot. It offers the opportunity to be witnessed, understood, and challenged in a structured, confidential environment.

Couples Therapy

Using an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based relationship therapy, sessions focus on identifying interaction patterns, improving communication dynamics, and addressing underlying emotional needs that often go unspoken.
